Every Buyer or Seller that purchases or sells a property through a Realty Executives Focus Agent from January 2024 to December 2024, will automatically be entered to win. The transaction must close between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024 (MST). There will be one entry entered for each transaction closed and said entry will be in the name or names of the Buyers or Sellers closing the transaction. The lucky winner will receive a travel voucher for Flight Centre with a value of $4,000. Travel dates can be negotiated based on availability, some blackout dates may apply.
This draw is not open to Realty Executives Focus agents, staff or immediate family members of the aforementioned. The accommodation certificate is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions.
Incorporated entities, builders, and corporate investor purchases and sales also do not qualify for entry.
This draw is open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of 18.
The voucher winner consents to the collection, use or disclosure of his or her personal information by Realty Executives Focus for the purpose of administering the voucher, awarding the prize and announcing the prize winner, as applicable, and any subsequent advertising or promotion related thereto.
The certificate winner agrees that Realty Executives Focus shall have no liability and agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Realty Executives Focus from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, demands, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses including without limitations to any legal fees and liability of any kind resulting from or arising directly or indirectly out of the winners use or participation regarding the winning of the Certificate.
Any promotional materials distributed by Realty Executives Focus or its Agents regarding this contest is not intended to solicit any Buyers or Sellers presently under contract with another Brokerage.
The draw closes on midnight December 31, 2024 (MST). Winner will be announced January 3, 2025. Winner will be notified via email.
